All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Each item is printed specifically for you, so we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at epicwrapsco@gmail.com with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

🎨 Custom Orders

All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Please make sure all images, spelling, and design details are correct before approving your custom order.

🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted, as they are sent directly to production.
